Simulated Client Project- Final Design and developments

This is the final logo design. I decided to keep it simple, so its easily readable and looks the same as the rest of the site.


Here is the layout of the site, I was experimenting with different colours here for the navigation bar on the left.

This is the final design I came up with.
The aim of this design was to teach people about illegal downloading, so the site required having a lot of information. Therefore I decided to not use any imagery as it wasn't necessary, and it would not make the design look any better.
I think the dark colours work well, as it gives a sense of warning, and keeping the site simple makes sure the user only concentrates on the information.
Overall I am pleased with the outcome of the site design.
